Thanks Apple for the Case

I’ve always been a naysayer when it came to putting a case on my phone. The iPhones are such a nice piece of hardware I hated what cases did to the form factor. However when apple decided they needed to give us cases so we could actually make phone calls I figured I’d use one. I choose the incase model they were giving away because it seemed the least intrusive. Today I’m very glad I did. Being the klutz that I am I dropped my phone on a slate floor. The case totally cracked, but the phone was fine.

Buying a new case will be a lot cheaper than buying a new phone. Thanks Apple.

What is ChrisDavis.tv?

Why ChrisDavis.tv? I’ve gone through a few domains over the years, but I’ve never been totally happy. I’ve always wanted my own name, but when your name is as generic as mine getting your name as a domain is not an easy task. So when I saw that chrisdavis.tv was available I jumped on it.

Does this mean I’ll be posting a lot of video? The answer is probably not, but I won’t rule anything out. A friend told me I should just use it to live stream my days at work, but I really wouldn’t want to bore anyone that much.

What will you find here? I plan on posting things that don’t fit on my other blog (YouthMinistryGeek.com), inside info on my work, my ramblings about things I love, and some family updates sprinkled in.

I’ve also imported all the posts from my old blog, so my early pondering aren’t lost, but let’s consider this a fresh start, and see if I really have anything interesting to say.
